Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 5 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return:

Replacement shipping costs for damaged or defective items are covered by The N Studio.
Minor damage to external packaging that does not affect the product itself is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Exchanges & Replacements

Refund Process

Order Cancellations
We typically begin processing orders within 3–4 hours of purchase.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We will do our best to cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

Lost or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The N Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers are encouraged to verify shipping information carefully and contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
The N Studio is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Product Care Disclaimer
Our glass tumblers and drinkware products are fragile and should be handled with care.
To help maintain product quality and longevity:

Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, improper care, or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible for refund or replacement.
Due to lighting, screen settings, and handmade or custom production processes, slight variations in color, design placement, or appearance may occur and are not considered defects.
