Shipping policy

At The N Studio, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your orders.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are carefully processed within up to 4 business days after purchase.

  • This processing time is required before the order is shipped

  • Orders are not delivered within 4 days; this is preparation time only

  • Processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, holidays, or special launches

Once your order is ready, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

2. Shipping Methods

You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout.

  • Available shipping methods, pricing, and delivery times are shown at checkout based on your location

  • Each shipping option is handled by third-party carriers

  • Once selected, the shipping method cannot be changed after the order is placed

3. Custom & Pre-Order Items

Custom-made and pre-order items require additional preparation time.

  • Production time: up to 15 business days

  • Orders will ship only after production is complete

  • You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom items, we may ship everything together unless otherwise stated at checkout or in your order confirmation.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your order has been shipped.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and selected shipping method

  • Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed

  • Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, customs, or high shipping volumes

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details (if provided by the carrier).

Please allow up to 24โ€“48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

6. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Delays or losses caused by incorrect address information

  • Additional fees required to redirect or reship packages

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible and weโ€™ll do our best to help before your order is shipped.

7. Delays & External Factors

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, some delays may occur that are outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

  • Peak seasonal periods

These delays do not qualify for refunds on shipping charges.
